Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Our standard shipping option guarantees that your items will arrive within 3-5 business days.

  • Coverage: We offer Canada-wide delivery, ensuring that no matter where you are in the country, you can enjoy our products.

  • Cost: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Same-Day Delivery and Measurement service

​

  • Availability: Same-day delivery and measurement services are available for select areas. Please check at checkout to see if your location qualifies.

​

  • Measurement Service: If you are unsure regarding what size would be the perfect size for you. Don't worry! We will have one of our representatives arrive at your desired delivery address to measure you to find the perfect thobe for you within minutes.

  • Order Deadline: Orders must be placed by 5PM local time to be eligible for same-day delivery and measurement service, otherwise it will be scheduled for the next business day.

​

  • Cost: Same-day delivery charges will be provided at checkout based on your location.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

​

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

​

  • Time Frame: Please contact us at info@elitethobes.ca within 7 days of receiving your product to initiate a return.

​

  • Process: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

​

  • Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Buyer will need to pay for return costs, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

​

  • Eligibility: We offer exchanges in the case of sizing problems.

​

  • Time Frame: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please email us at info@elitethobes.ca within 7 days.
